There is a fix needed

First, i like to say that I write this because I really like this program.
But there is one Fix that MUST be done:
there is a problem with "IMPORT" tool... what happen is that the program is having trouble to import cards, and some question/answer just dont import, and in place there is a "...".

Why this is happening?
Can you fix it, making import tool working?

If you fix it, I alter the answer (because, why having such a great tool, when you cant import the cards correctly?!?).
